Located at the boundary of the historical centre of Moscow. During the next ten years, this Moscow district will become one of the business centres of the the 21st century, as the Novodevichii Convent as well as "Luzhniki", one of the largest sports complexes in Europe, are close by. The district also offers unique transport facilities: the Third Transport Ring, metro stations, the Kievskii railway station.
Within, literally, a kilometre and a half, a business centre "Moscow-City" is being built at an accelerate pace. On the initiative of Moscow’s mayor Yury Luzhkov, all government officials will soon be moving to government blocks located in the business centre.
Not far away is the heart of Moscow - the Moscow Kremlin - also the Russian Federation Government building, Poklonnaya hill and a number of other sights of the Russian capital.
