The largest stadium in Russia - "Lujniki" (1953-56). The Rolling Stones, Moby and Prodigy play there.
Luzhniki Palace of Sports is an arena in Moscow, a part of the Luzhniki Sports Complex. Built in 1956, formerly it was called Sports Palace of the Central Lenin Stadium. Originally it had the spectator capacity of 13,700, but after the reconstruction in 2002 it reduced to 11,500. Today it is primarily used for ice hockey, figure skating and different shows and concerts. The only concert of Madonna in Moscow was also held there.
